Teams of 2 will compete. This is a relay race. Best times advance to the next round. Both team members must complete each exercise.
Exercise 1: Pushups [women:20Men:30]
Exercise 2: Tire Flips [50ft]
Exercise 1: Burpees [20 each]
Exercise 2: Farmer Carry[50 ft] [women: 35lb platesMen: 45lb plates]
Exercise 1: Air Squat/Ball Squat[30 each, butt must touch the ball for each squat to count]
Exercise 2: Rower [500 meters for each team member for a total of 1000 meters.]
Exercise 1: Jump Rope[100 each]
Exercise 2: Plank Hi-5 [20 slaps]
Exercise 3: Medicine Ball Slams[30 each]
Exercise 4: Ladder High Knees[5X each person]
